RCW 47.12.200Additional financing methods for property and engineering costs—Agreements with state finance committee.The transportation commission may enter into agreements with the state finance committee for financing the acquisition, by purchase or condemnation, of real property together with engineering costs that the transportation commission deems will be necessary for the improvement of the state highway system.
