RCW 47.12.240Additional financing methods for property and engineering costs—Payment procedure—Prior charge.The state treasurer shall transfer from the motor vehicle fund to the credit of the fund purchasing such warrants interest at the rate and at the times provided for in the agreement. The state treasurer shall pay the warrants at the time provided for in the agreement.
