RCW 47.17.525State route No. 291.A state highway to be known as state route number 291 is established as follows:Beginning at a junction with state route number 2 in Spokane, thence northwesterly along the north bank of the Spokane river to the vicinity of Tumtum; and thence southwesterly along the north shore of Long Lake to a junction with state route number 231 in the vicinity of the Little Falls Dam.[ 1983 c 180 s 4; 1970 ex.s. c 51 s 106.]
