RCW 47.24.030Acquisition of rights-of-way—Condemnation proceedings.The department is authorized to acquire rights-of-way, by purchase, gift, or condemnation for any such streets, highways, bridges, and wharves. Any such condemnation proceedings shall be exercised in the manner provided by law for condemnation proceedings to acquire lands required for state highways.[ 1984 c 7 s 151; 1961 c 13 s 47.24.030.
