RCW 47.26.440Budget for expenditures from funds administered by board—Estimate of revenues.Not later than November 1st of each even-numbered year the transportation improvement board shall prepare and present to the commission for comment and recommendation an adopted budget for expenditures from funds administered by the board during the ensuing biennium.
