RCW 47.29.220Eminent domain.The state may exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire property, rights-of-way, or other rights in property for projects that are necessary to implement an eligible project developed under this chapter, regardless of whether the property will be owned in fee simple by the state.[ 2005 c 317 s 22.]
