RCW 47.29.290Expert review panel on proposed project agreements—Execution of agreements.Upon receiving the recommendations of the expert review panel as provided in RCW 47.29.280, and upon consultation with the governor, the transportation commission shall either execute the proposed project agreement, reject the proposed project agreement, or continue further negotiations between the state and a private partner.
