RCW 47.32.040Complaint, contents.The complaint shall, in such action, describe the property unlawfully remaining upon the right-of-way of the state highway or portion thereof with reasonable certainty by reference to the certificate of the department, which shall be attached to and filed with the complaint, and pray that an order be entered for the removal from the right-of-way of the state highway or portion thereof of all the described property unlawfully thereon and the disposal thereof.[ 1984 c 7 s 179; 1961 c 13 s 47.32.040.
