RCW 47.42.901Severability—1963 ex.s. c 3.If any provision of *section 55 of this amendatory act shall be held to be invalid or shall be held to invalidate any provision of chapter 96, Laws of 1961 (chapter 47.42 RCW), then that provision of this amendatory act shall be of no force and effect and the provisions of chapter 96, Laws of 1961 (chapter 47.42 RCW) shall continue in effect.[ 1963 ex.s. c 3 s 56.]NOTES:*Reviser's note: The reference to 'section 55 of this amendatory act' is to the 1963 amendment of RCW 47.42.100.
