RCW 47.60.710Department authority to obtain information.Upon request by the department an applicant for prequalification shall authorize the department to obtain any information pertinent to the application, including information relating to the applicant's net worth, assets, and liabilities, from banks or other financial institutions, surety companies, and material and equipment suppliers.[ 1983 c 133 s 4.]
