RCW 47.68.080Drafts of legislation, other duties.The department may draft and recommend necessary legislation to advance the interests of the state in aeronautics, represent the state in aeronautical matters before federal agencies and other state agencies, and participate as party plaintiff or defendant or as intervener on behalf of the state or any municipality or citizen thereof in any controversy which involves the interest of the state in aeronautics.[ 1984 c 7 s 345; 1947 c 165 s 8; 1945 c 252 s 5; Rem.
