RCW 48.07.030Application of general corporation laws.The laws of this state relating to private corporations, except where inconsistent with the express provisions of this code, shall govern the corporate powers, duties, and relationships of incorporated domestic insurers and insurance holding corporations formed under the laws of the state of Washington.[ 1985 c 364 s 1; 1947 c 79 s .07.03; Rem.
