RCW 48.08.150Equity security—Exemptions—Foreign or domestic arbitrage transactions.The provisions of RCW 48.08.110, 48.08.120 and 48.08.130 shall not apply to foreign or domestic arbitrage transactions unless made in contravention of such rules and regulations as the commissioner may adopt in order to carry out the purposes of RCW 48.08.100 through 48.08.160.[ 1965 ex.s. c 70 s 10.]
