RCW 48.11.130Reinsurance powers.A domestic mutual assessment insurer shall not have authority to accept reinsurance. Any other domestic insurer may accept reinsurance only of such kinds of insurance as it is authorized to transact direct.[1947 c 79 s .11.13; Rem. Supp. 1947 s 45.11.13.]
