RCW 48.24.140Insurability.There shall be a provision setting forth the conditions, if any, under which the insurer reserves the right to require a person eligible for insurance to furnish evidence of individual insurability satisfactory to the insurer as a condition to part or all of his or her coverage.[ 2009 c 549 s 7110; 1947 c 79 s .24.14; Rem.
