RCW 48.24.150Misstatement of age or sex.There shall be a provision specifying an equitable adjustment of premiums or of benefits or of both to be made in the event the age or sex of a person insured has been misstated, such provision to contain a clear statement of the method of adjustment to be used.[ 1983 1st ex.s. c 32 s 22; 1947 c 79 s .24.15; Rem.
