RCW 48.29.193Escrow services—Schedule of fees filed with commissioner.(1) Each title insurer and title insurance agent shall immediately file with the commissioner a schedule of its fees for providing escrow services.(2) The schedule shall:(a) Be dated to show the date the fees for providing escrow services are to become effective, which date shall be no earlier than fifteen days after the schedule has been filed with the commissioner; and(b) Set forth the total fees for providing escrow services by clearly stating the amounts to be charged for the escrow services, the manner in which the fees for the escrow services are to be determined, and any charges that will be charged to the consumer that are not included in the total escrow fee.[ 2008 c 110 s 6.]
