RCW 48.29.470Rating organizations—Aggregate information and experience data—Exchange.Every rating organization may exchange aggregate information and experience data with insurers, rating organizations in this state, and the statistical reporting agent designated in accordance with RCW 48.29.017, and may consult with insurers and rating organizations in this state with respect to form and rate making and the application of rating systems, except to the extent that an agreement between a rating organization and its member or subscriber prohibits the rating organization from disclosing any information or experience data of such member or subscriber to other insurers, members, subscribers, rating organizations, or the statistical reporting agent.[ 2017 c 103 s 18.]
