RCW 48.30.220Destruction, injury, secretion, etc., of property.Any person, who, with intent to defraud or prejudice the insurer thereof, burns or in any manner injures, destroys, secretes, abandons, or disposes of any property which is insured at the time against loss or damage by fire, theft, embezzlement, or any other casualty, whether the same be the property of or in the possession of such person or any other person, under circumstances not making the offense arson in the first degree, is guilty of a class C felony.[ 1995 c 285 s 19; 1965 ex.s. c 70 s 25; 1947 c 79 s .30.22; Rem.
