RCW 48.31.420Administrative supervision—No limitation on judicial proceedings.RCW 48.31.020, 48.31.115, 48.31.400 through 48.31.415, 48.31.425, and 48.31.435 do not preclude the commissioner from initiating judicial proceedings to place an insurer in rehabilitation or liquidation proceedings or other delinquency proceedings, however designated under the laws of this state, regardless of whether the commissioner has previously initiated administrative supervision proceedings under this chapter against the insurer.[ 2005 c 432 s 7.]
