RCW 48.36A.272Notice of intent to suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a license.The commissioner shall give a society notice of his or her intention to suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew its license not less than ten days before the effective date of the order of suspension, revocation or refusal, except that advance notice of intention is not required where the order results from a domestic society's failure to make good a deficiency of assets as required by the commissioner.[ 1996 c 236 s 4.]
