RCW 48.43.340Powers or duties of commissioner not limited—Rules.(1) The provisions of RCW 48.43.300 through 48.43.370 are supplemental to any other provisions of the laws and rules of this state, and shall not preclude or limit any other powers or duties of the commissioner under such laws and rules, including, but not limited to, chapter 48.31 RCW.(2) The commissioner may adopt reasonable rules necessary for the implementation of RCW 48.43.300 through 48.43.370.[ 1998 c 241 s 9.]
