RCW 48.66.110Disclosure by insurer—Outline of coverage required.In order to provide for full and fair disclosure in the sale of medicare supplement policies, a medicare supplement policy or certificate shall not be delivered in this state unless an outline of coverage is delivered to the potential policyholder not later than the time of application for the policy.[ 1992 c 138 s 8; 1981 c 153 s 11.]
