RCW 49.12.101Hearing.Whenever wages, standards, conditions and hours of labor have been established by rule and regulation of the director, the director may upon application of either employers or employees conduct a public hearing for the purpose of the adoption, amendment or repeal of rules and regulations adopted under the authority of chapter 16, Laws of 1973 2nd ex. sess.[ 1994 c 164 s 17; 1973 2nd ex.s. c 16 s 7.]
