RCW 49.17.480Asbestos plan requirements in RCW 70A.450.070(1)(b)—Penalties.(1) The asbestos plan requirements in RCW 70A.450.070(1)(b) are an industrial health or safety standard adopted under the authority of this chapter.(2) A violation of the requirements of RCW 70A.450.070(1)(b) is subject to the penalties established under RCW 49.17.180 and 49.17.190 for violations of safety or health standards adopted under the authority of this chapter.[ 2020 c 100 s 4.]
