RCW 49.46.820Chapter 2, Laws of 2017 to be liberally construed—Local jurisdictions may adopt more favorable labor standards.The provisions of chapter 2, Laws of 2017 are to be liberally construed to effectuate the intent, policies, and purposes of chapter 2, Laws of 2017.
