RCW 49.70.160Request for additional information—Confidentiality.The department may request from an employer submitting surveys to it further information concerning the surveys, and the employer shall provide the additional information upon the request. The employer may require the department to provide reasons why further information is needed and to sign an agreement protecting the confidentiality of any additional information provided under this section.[ 1984 c 289 s 23.]
