RCW 50.38.065Moneys for nonfunded labor market information costs—Disposition.Moneys received under RCW 50.38.060(1) to cover the actual costs of nonfunded labor market information shall be deposited in the unemployment compensation administration fund and expenditures shall be authorized only by appropriation.[ 1993 c 62 s 7.]
