RCW 51.04.105Continuation of medical aid contracts.The obligations of all medical aid contracts approved by the supervisor prior to the repeal of any section of this title pertaining to medical aid contracts shall continue until the expiration of such contracts notwithstanding any such repeal and all provisions of this title pertaining to the operation of medical aid contracts and the control and supervision of such contracts which were in effect at the time of such approval shall, notwithstanding any other provision of law, remain in full force and effect.[ 1977 ex.s. c 323 s 25.]NOTES:Severability—Effective date—1977 ex.s. c 323: See notes following RCW 51.04.040.
