RCW 51.32.150Lump sum to beneficiary outside state.If a beneficiary shall reside or move out of the state, the department may, with the written consent of the beneficiary, convert any monthly payments provided for such cases into a lump sum payment (not in any case to exceed the value of the annuity then remaining, to be fixed and certified by the state insurance commissioner, but in no case to exceed the sum provided in RCW 51.32.130 as now or hereafter amended).[ 1977 ex.s. c 323 s 18; 1961 c 23 s 51.32.150.
