RCW 51.44.120Liability of state treasurer.The state treasurer shall be liable on his or her official bond for the safe custody of the moneys and securities of the several funds, but all of the provisions of law relating to state depositaries and to the deposit of state moneys therein shall apply to the several funds and securities.[ 2010 c 8 s 14010; 1961 c 23 s 51.44.120.
