RCW 51.98.060Effective dates—1971 ex.s. c 289.The provisions of this 1971 amendatory act are necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, the support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect on July 1, 1971: PROVIDED, That RCW 51.08.070 as amended by section 1 of this 1971 amendatory act, RCW 51.12.010 as amended in section 2 of this 1971 amendatory act, RCW 51.12.020 as amended in section 3 of this 1971 amendatory act and RCW 51.16.110 as amended in section 4 of this 1971 amendatory act shall take effect and become operative without any further action of the legislature on January 1, 1972.[ 1971 ex.s. c 289 s 90.]
