RCW 53.04.016Port districts in areas lacking appropriate bodies of water—Authority an additional and concurrent method.RCW 53.04.015 shall not be construed to repeal, amend or modify any law heretofore enacted providing a method of harbor improvement, regulation or control; acquisition, maintenance and operation of municipal airports; or industrial development; but shall be held to be an additional and concurrent method providing such purposes.[ 1959 c 94 s 2.]
