RCW 53.08.110Gifts—Improvement.Port commissioners of any port district are hereby authorized to accept for and on behalf of said port district gifts of real and personal property and to expend in improvements and betterment such amount as may be necessary.[ 1921 c 39 s 4; RRS s 9705.]
