RCW 53.34.110District may purchase bonds or notes.A district shall have power out of any funds available therefor to purchase revenue bonds or notes of such district. Any bonds or notes so purchased may be held, canceled, or resold by the district subject to and in accordance with any resolution or resolutions or trust agreements with bondholders.[ 1959 c 236 s 11.]
