RCW 54.24.012Destruction of canceled or paid revenue obligations and interest coupons.After any revenue obligations or interest coupons have been canceled or paid they may be destroyed as directed by the district, any provisions of chapter 40.14 RCW notwithstanding: PROVIDED, That a certificate of destruction giving full descriptive reference to the documents destroyed shall be made by the person or persons authorized to perform such destruction and one copy of the certificate shall be filed with the treasurer of the district.[ 1959 c 218 s 15.]
