RCW 54.44.060Agreements to conform to applicable laws.Any agreement with respect to work to be done or material furnished by any such city, public utility district, or joint operating agency in connection with the construction, maintenance and operation of the common facilities, and any additions and betterments thereto shall be in conformity, as near as may be, with applicable laws now or hereafter in effect relating to public utility districts or cities of the first class.[ 1973 1st ex.s. c 7 s 6; 1967 c 159 s 6.]
