RCW 58.17.290Copy of plat as evidence.A copy of any plat recorded in the manner provided in this chapter and certified by the county auditor of the county in which the same is recorded to be a true copy of such record and the whole thereof, shall be received in evidence in all the courts of this state, with like effect as the original.[ 1969 ex.s. c 271 s 31.]
