RCW 58.19.140Public offering statement—Promotional use, distribution restriction—Holding out that state or employees, etc., approve development prohibited. (Effective until January 1, 2028.)The public offering statement shall not be used for any promotional purposes. It may not be distributed to prospective purchasers before registration of the development and may be distributed afterwards only when it is used in its entirety. No person may advertise or represent that the state of Washington or the director, the department, or any employee thereof approves or recommends the development or disposition thereof.[ 1973 1st ex.s. c 12 s 14.]
