RCW 59.12.210Effect of stay bond.When the defendant shall appeal, and shall file a bond as provided in RCW 59.12.200, all further proceedings in the case shall be stayed until the determination of said appeal and the same has been remanded to the superior court for further proceedings therein.[ 1891 c 96 s 23; RRS s 832.
