RCW 59.18.340Arbitration—Fee.The administrative fee for this arbitration procedure shall be established by agreement of the parties and the arbitrator and, unless otherwise allocated by the arbitrator, shall be shared equally by the parties: PROVIDED, That upon either party signing an affidavit to the effect that he or she is unable to pay his or her share of the fee, that portion of the fee may be waived or deferred.[ 2010 c 8 s 19030; 1983 c 264 s 12; 1973 1st ex.s. c 207 s 34.]
