RCW 59.18.350Arbitration—Completion of arbitration after giving notice.When a party gives notice pursuant to RCW 59.18.320(2), he or she must, at the same time, arrange for arbitration of the grievance in the manner provided for in this chapter. The arbitration shall be completed before the rental due date next occurring after the giving of notice pursuant to RCW 59.18.320: PROVIDED, That in no event shall the arbitrator have less than ten days to complete the arbitration process.[ 2010 c 8 s 19031; 1973 1st ex.s. c 207 s 35.]
