RCW 59.20.290Arbitration—Completion of arbitration after giving notice.When a party gives notice of intent to arbitrate by giving reasonable notice to the other party, that party shall, at the same time, arrange for arbitration of the grievance in the manner provided for in this chapter. The arbitration shall be completed before the rental due date next occurring after the giving of notice under this section, but in no event shall the arbitrator have less than ten days to complete the arbitration process.[ 1984 c 58 s 16.]NOTES:Severability—1984 c 58: See note following RCW 59.20.200.
