RCW 59.24.060Sources of funds.The department of commerce may receive such gifts, grants, or endowments from public or private sources, as may be made from time to time, in trust or otherwise, to be used by the department of commerce for its programs, including the rental security deposit guarantee program. Funds from the housing trust fund, chapter 43.185A RCW, up to one hundred thousand dollars, may be used for the rental security deposit guarantee program by the department of commerce, local governments, and nonprofit organizations, provided all the requirements of this chapter and chapter 43.185A RCW are met.[ 2023 c 275 s 22; 1995 c 399 s 159; 1988 c 237 s 6.]NOTES:
