RCW 59.28.100Violations—Civil actions—Parties.Any party who is entitled to receive notice under this chapter may bring a civil action to enjoin or recover actual damages for any violation of this chapter, together with the costs of the suit including reasonable attorneys' fees. Any tenant who is entitled to receive notice under this chapter shall also recover statutory damages of fifty dollars.[ 2000 c 255 s 6; 1989 c 188 s 10.]
