RCW 63.30.490Expenses and service charges of administrator.The administrator may expend from the unclaimed personal property account for the following purposes:(1) Expenses of disposition of property delivered to the administrator under this chapter;(2) Costs of mailing and publication in connection with property delivered to the administrator under this chapter;(3) Reasonable service charges; and(4) Expenses incurred in examining records of or collecting property from a putative holder or holder.[ 2022 c 225 s 803.]
