RCW 65.20.130General penalties.Every person who falsifies or intentionally omits material information required in an affidavit, or otherwise intentionally violates a material provision of this chapter, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor punishable in accordance with RCW 9A.20.021.[ 1989 c 343 s 10.]
