RCW 66.20.060Duration.Every permit issued for use after October 1, 1955, shall expire at midnight on the thirtieth day of June of the fiscal year for which the permit was issued, except special permits for banquets and special permits to physicians, dentists, or persons in charge of an institution regularly conducted as a hospital or sanatorium for the care of persons in ill health, or as a home devoted exclusively to the care of aged people.[ 1955 c 180 s 1; 1935 c 174 s 1; 1933 ex.s. c 62 s 16; RRS s 7306-16.]
