RCW 66.20.080Surrender of suspended or canceled permit—New permit, when.Upon receipt of notice of the suspension or cancellation of his or her permit, the holder of the permit shall forthwith deliver up the permit to the board. Where the permit has been suspended only, the board shall return the permit to the holder at the expiration or termination of the period of suspension. Where the permit has been suspended or canceled, no employee shall knowingly issue to the person whose permit is suspended or canceled a permit under this title until the end of the period of suspension or within the period of one year from the date of cancellation.[ 2012 c 117 s 275; 1933 ex.s. c 62 s 18; RRS s 7306-18.]
