RCW 66.44.060Proof of unlawful sale establishes prima facie intent.In any proceeding under this title, proof of one unlawful sale of liquor shall suffice to establish prima facie the intent or purpose of unlawfully keeping liquor for sale in violation of this title.[ 1933 ex.s. c 62 s 59; RRS s 7306-59.]
